Its a little after midnight here in India, and Kaz as well.
Just 24 hours and we will complete our 15 day appeal period!
Went for the 1st birthday party of a 1 yr old baby girl Rohan's friends here in Delhi have adopted from India itself (domestic adoption). It was a nice celebration with around 100+ people in a restaurant. Yumm food, and the pure happiness on the faces was evident. Wishing little Ose (dewdrop in Hindi) a very Happy, healthy and wonderful life ahead.

Oh Rasna how can 24 hours take SO long? :-)
ReplyDeletecan hardly wait to hear the ending of your story! You have made the last two months of our waiting SO much more bearable being able to 'almost' be in Kaz ourselves keeping up with your blog!! Thanks for taking the time to always update! It will be so much harder when you come home, but hopefully you will still have just enough extra time to keep us updated! :-)
We have been hearing good news from Kaz for us Americans! I think it is really getting close now! Hoping to send off for USCIS this weak yet.
It is so neat you can spend your time with family!!! Wishing you all the best on the last leg of your journey! ~Steph
Im glad to hear that Steph! I know how harrowing the wait in this long process can be. Are you still pursuing domestic or did you finalize going with Kaz!? Do you know which city your agency is licensed for? Make sure they are accredited not just by the country but are up to date on their registration from that particular region as well and its not about to expire (I believe they have to renew annually).
ReplyDeleteIm very glad I came to Delhi after Court, as these past 15 days have flown by because of the decision to come here. Now I go back this weekend, to Canada, and within 3 weeks hopefully Deepak shud be headed back to Kaz to pick up our baby! I will share the video on the FB Groups and once he is home I will share them here as well.
Yes we decided to go with Kaz! :-)Our agency is assigned the Almaty city region, so you can check out the city for me one your way in and out:-) See if you think we can live there for over a month! HA
ReplyDeleteWas just reading this morning that Kaz orphanages were given $53 million in 2012! So the orphanages should show a few benefits of that!
